Exchanges We accept exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for an exchange.

How to Request an Exchange To initiate an exchange, please contact us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your exchange promptly.

Non-Exchangeable Items For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Intimate apparel that has been worn or removed from its original packaging
  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
